Twenty-four mini mochi-style dumpling squishies, one behind each of the twenty-four numbered doors, sitting in a clear tray. Each one is about an inch and a half across with a Santa hat, reindeer antlers, a scarf or a holly sprig. The assortment varies a little from box to box, so two calendars will not be identical.

Door one opens on the 1st of December and door twenty-four opens on Christmas Eve. If you start later you can open two a day to catch up, which children enjoy more than they should.

The dumplings are soft TPR and the box is printed card. Recommended for ages 6 and up. This box is not suitable if a child is under three, because the dumplings are small enough to be a choking hazard.
